The room had a lovely garden view, but the locks were tricky to operate. Facilities included a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly self-check-in process. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the sauna experience was a fantastic bonus after a long day exploring.

Great complimentary tea and coffee selection kept the energy high during my stay. The dorm provided decent comfort with a cozy vibe, perfect for resting after my adventures.

Difficulties arose in locating the shower facilities, compounded by the lack of a reception area for queries. Had issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms, particularly the toilets that weren't maintained well, leading to long waits during peak hours. Notably, my assumed 4-bed dormitory stayed cramped due to an unexpected fifth bunk and blocked balcony access. Three teaspoons just didn’t cut it for the crowd. more needed for communal use.

I was absolutely shocked to find ONE towel in my room, very generous. And the door lock woudl ve been perfect, if it actually worked! After such a dreadful experience, I expected an upgrade or at least a sincere apology, but that was clearly too much to ask. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

This place was super comfy and loved the homey vibe! The host was really chill and helped me out with anything I needed. The outdoor dining area was awesome for hanging out. Just a heads up, the shared kitchen can get a bit crowded during peak times. Still, I had a great stay overall!

Staying at Guesthouse Arctic Heart was a great experience! The location is just 300 meters from the best spot to view the Aurora Borealis, and it's super close to the city center. The spacious Standard Double Room had a small kitchen that was perfect for cooking meals, and I loved the cozy vibe throughout the guesthouse. Plus, the sauna was a fantastic addition for only 5€ per person!

great stay with minor room issues

The location was perfect, super central and accessible. The owner was genuinely lovely and provided excellent assistance. The laundry and dryer facilities were fairly priced at €5 per load, and the sauna was rejuvenating. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view from my room, which added a nice touch to my stay.

The kitchen is equipped to cook great meals, and I loved the cozy sauna access during my stay! The location is spot on for exploring, just a short walk from everything. Plus, the place had a really warm atmosphere that felt just like home.
